Backyard Pub and Grill hosts the 6th Gan Annual Classic Pool Competition to be held from 14th to 30th November, 2005.

Up for grabs are the Gan Classic Trophy, bottles of Scotch and jugs of beer courtesy of the pub.

The competition this year is limited to 48 players, on a first come first served basis. There are special prices on beer and house-pouring for all registered players on any game night.

PRIZES
1st - Gan Classic Trophy, One Bottle 12-year-old Scotch Whisky + Two Jugs Of Beer + One Bottle of Sparkling Wine
2nd - One Bottle 12-year-old Scotch Whisky + Two Jugs Of Beer
3rd - One Bottle Scotch + Two Jugs Of Beer
4th - Two Jugs of Beer


GOODIES FOR ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS, ANY GAME NIGHT:
Tiger Draft at 6.99+, Guinnes Stout at 9.99+, Heineken at 9.99+, Stella Artois at 13.99+ and house-pouring at 9.99+.

DATES:
ROUND 1:
November 14th, 15th, 16th and 21st
ROUND 2:
November 22nd And 23rd
ROUND 3:
November 28th
FINAL:
November 30th

FORMAT FOR ROUND 1, 2, 3:
- One-frame round robin
- Six players per table
- Top three players of each table qualifies for next round
- In the event of a tie(s), players with the least number of balls remaining (cumulatively) will qualify

FINAL ROUND:
November 30th
- Best of three, round robin
- 3rd and 4th Placing Will Be Determined By Ranking (No Play Off)
- Top two of the Group will play best of three to determine Champion and Runner-Up.

RULES:
1.Players will have to put in OWN coins.
2.Umpires will be provided for ALL games.
3.Umpires decision shall be FINAL.
