WHO is the captain of Man Utd?

Well, believe it or not, some football fans botched that one. The Tiger on the Ball EPL quiz, which began at various pubs in the Klang Valley in early October, has thrown up a couple of howlers while also uncovering a few exceptional English Premiership fans with unrivalled knowledge of football trivia.

The nation's first pub quiz challenge has attracted a cult following with enthusiastic support growing from the ordinary football loving masses. With football pundits Serbegeth Singh and Zainal Abas fielding questions in these weekly contests, there's been no shortage of fun and tension in the two quiz categories - the three-member team event and individual selections.

The grand prize of a match trip to Old Trafford (and cash money) is the carrot for this EPL quiz. Only three venues are left for football fans to go to and test their trivia skills in the preliminary rounds before the EPL quiz closing stages begin late next month.

The contest is open only to non-Malays above 18.
