THIS DUO have been together for only ten months but are a crowd-pleaser with a wide selection of radio-friendly songs.

With Amizan on the Korg keyboard and Leonard on guitars they both take turns at vocals and combine well for classic songs from 70s to the 90s and occasionally surprise with a contemporary hit from Black-Eyed Peas or This Love from Maroon 5. You can expect songs from Bread, Police, CCR, Van Morrison, even Culture Club from their mixed repertoire.

"We like the Backyard because people are at ease and comfortable to play to and it's a very jovial atmosphere," said Amizan, who runs a shop selling musical instruments in the day-time, while Leonard is a sales manager at a leading hotel. (posted Oct 05, 2004)
